I'm Abdul Rehman Ashraf.
I'm a technical project manager and a web developer in Lahore. Abdul Rehman Codes is the name I build websites and online stores under.
What I do
I have 4+ years of experience across software delivery and web development. My main job is managing software projects end to end: planning sprints, keeping business and technical teams aligned, coordinating testing and taking projects through go-live and handover.
Before moving into project management full time, I spent two years building WordPress and Shopify sites for clients as a developer. I still do that work today through Abdul Rehman Codes, for small businesses and agencies at home and abroad.
Why that matters for your website
Most website projects that go wrong don't fail on the code. They fail on unclear scope, slow replies and nobody owning the timeline. That's the part I do every day in my project management work, so every website project gets the same treatment:
- A one-page written scope, sent within a day of our first call.
- A fixed price. If something new comes up, you approve it before I do it.
- A short update every week and a preview link you can open any time.
- Domain, hosting, content and logins set up in your name.
What I work with
WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce and Shopify for websites and stores. Trello, Notion, Slack and MS Project for running projects.
Some of the work
Sites I've built include Style by RK and Stationery Studio, two Shopify stores for Pakistani brands that moved from selling on Instagram to their own stores, NJ Jewels, a WooCommerce jewellery store, and the WordPress website for Pure Consulting, an immigration and study visa consultancy in Lahore. See all the work.
