White label web development

A development partner your clients never have to chase.

You win the client and own the relationship. I build the WordPress site or the WooCommerce or Shopify store behind it, on a fixed price, with a written scope, a short note at the end of every build day and a Friday summary your account team can forward as it is.

What you can hand over

Website builds

Business websites in WordPress and Elementor, built from your design files and set up so your client can edit them.

Store builds

WooCommerce and Shopify stores, from first setup to product pages, checkout and launch.

Fixes and care

Broken layouts, slow pages, plugin conflicts and monthly maintenance for the sites you already look after.

Why agencies hand work to me

You keep the margin

My fixed prices sit well below what agencies in the US, UK and Australia charge their clients, so the difference stays with you on every project.

No hiring costs

No salary, benefits, recruiting or quiet months to pay for. You pay per project, only when there is work.

Take on more work

Say yes to the extra project or the tight deadline without stretching your team or turning a client away.

Work moves while you sleep

I work through your evening and night, so you often wake up to progress and a written update ready to forward.

One developer who knows your clients

The same person on every job, so nobody relearns your clients' sites, themes and quirks each time.

A project manager built in

4+ years managing software projects end to end, so scopes, dates and updates are handled without your team chasing.

An example of how the numbers work: if you sell a Shopify store to your client for US$3,000 and my fixed price for the build is US$900, the remaining US$2,100 is yours. Every job gets its own written quote before work starts.

How we work together

  1. Send the brief

Designs, a Loom video or a few lines on what the client needs, plus the deadline.

  2. Scope and price in a day

One page with what's included, the fixed price and the dates. Sign an NDA first if you like.

  3. Build in your tools

I work in your Slack, Trello, Asana or ClickUp, with a preview link, a note at the end of every build day and a Friday summary.

  4. Handover under your name

Tested on real phones and desktops, with unbranded notes for your client and 30 days of support.

Run like a project, not a favour.

Questions agencies ask

What is white label web development?

You sell the website to your client under your agency's name, and I build it. Your client deals with you, the work carries your brand, and I stay in the background.

Can you be our Shopify development partner?

Yes. I set up new Shopify stores, customise themes, build sections and fix existing stores for agencies, on a fixed price per job.

Do you work white-label?

Yes. I can work under your agency's name, with your client never seeing mine, or be introduced as your developer. You choose per project.

How do you price agency work?

Each project gets a fixed price in USD, agreed in writing before work starts. Smaller jobs such as fixes and theme changes are quoted per job.

Which platforms do you build on?

WordPress with Elementor, WooCommerce and Shopify. That covers business websites, online stores, redesigns and ongoing maintenance.

How much can our agency save?

Compared with hiring a developer, you pay nothing between projects: no salary, benefits, recruiting or idle weeks. Compared with a local freelancer or agency, my fixed prices usually sit well below what you charge your client, so the margin stays with you. Shopify stores start from US$750 and WordPress sites from US$500.

Will you sign our NDA?

Yes. I'm happy to sign your NDA before you share any client details, and I never show white label work in my own portfolio unless you say I can.

Will you ever contact our client?

Only if you ask me to. By default every message goes through you, and handover notes carry your agency's name, not mine.

Can we start with a small job?

Yes. Most agencies start with one fix or a single page so they can see how I work before handing over a full build. Your first job is risk free: if it isn't right, you don't pay for it.

Which tools can you work in?

Whatever your team already uses: Slack, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Notion or plain email. I join your workspace rather than asking you to learn mine.

What hours do you work?

I take calls and WhatsApp during US Eastern business hours, which is evening and night in Lahore, and UK afternoons overlap too. During those hours I reply within 2 hours.

How often will we hear from you?

Every build day ends with a short written note: what got done, what is next and anything blocked. Every Friday you get a summary written so you can forward it to your client as it is.

Have a project waiting for a developer?

Send the brief or the design files and your deadline. You get a written scope and a fixed price within a day.
